Bill Clark serves as IJM’s Chief Resources Officer developing and leading strategies in collaboration with IJM Regional Presidents to increase global resources to fuel the mission.

Bill has 30 years of leadership experience with expertise in fundraising, brand management, marketing, communications, strategic partnerships, customer service, and operations. Bill has served for 10 years with International Justice Mission leading teams that have pioneered IJM revenue and movement building strategies.

Greg Darley is the founder of Linchpin Growth, a strategic consulting firm helping churches and ministries accelerate giving to fulfill their vision. He is the author and creator of the 5 Knows to a Yes book and framework.

Over the past two decades, Greg has helped churches and faith-based nonprofits raise hundreds of millions of dollars. His work has reached all 50 U.S. states and a  dozen countries, and his mobilization efforts have been featured on CNN and other outlets

Erik is the Founder and Lead Pastor of The Journey Church. The church reaches a diverse range of people, and continues to grow in both numbers and ministry opportunities to make disciples of Jesus.

He also founded Knowing Jesus Ministries, a non-profit organization which exists to proclaim timeless truth for everyday life.

And he's a frequent podcaster!

Dean Inserra

 Founding and Lead Pastor, City Church

Dean Inserra is the founding and lead pastor of CITYCHURCH, where he leads the vision and preaching. Dean was called to start a church in his hometown of Tallahassee when he was the Student Body President at Leon High School. He is passionate about reaching the city of Tallahassee with the Gospel, to see a worldwide impact made for Jesus. 

Dean graduated from Liberty University and attended Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY. He holds a MA in Theological Studies from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and is pursuing a D.Min from Southern Seminary.   

Dean is married to Krissie, and they have two sons, Tommy and Ty, and two daughters, Sally Ashlyn and Marci. Dean likes baseball, wrestling, and the Miami Hurricanes. He believes Tom Brady is the greatest quarterback, and that everyone who disagrees holds the right to be wrong.

 

 

 

 

Mike and Holly Worley

Founders, Spark Discipleship

 

Mike and Holly Worley are the founders of Spark Discipleship, where they help married couples discover their God-given mission and build Christ-centered homes. Mike is an entrepreneur and church elder with a heart for spiritual formation, and Holly is a Bible teacher, women’s ministry leader, and fitness coach. Together, they host the Marriage Sessions podcast and equip couples for the journey to become Disciple-Making Marriages™️. Married since 2008 and graduates of Moody Bible Institute, they homeschool their three children in Colorado and enjoy skiing, exploring, and adventuring in the mountains as a family.

Susan Conway

Three Roots International, Founder and CEO

 

Susan Conway is the Founder and CEO of Three Roots International, first traveling to Ethiopia in 2007. In the midst of deep hardship, she witnessed courage, care, and determination already at work. That experience shaped a commitment not just to address urgent needs, but to pursue relief that restores dignity and opens pathways forward.

Susan has returned year after year, building deep, trusted partnerships with local leaders and the local church that helped lay the foundation for Three Roots. She has lived in Africa, led multiple short-term teams to Africa, Europe, and Asia, and holds a master’s degree in International Education and Development focused on marginalized communities.

 After 14 years in education and nonprofit leadership, including roles at World Vision, World Relief, and International Justice Mission, Susan now leads the strategic vision, day-to-day operations, and long-term growth of Three Roots with steady clarity and conviction. Grounded in dignity and local ownership, she is known for leading with humility while setting an ambitious, people-first standard for what lasting change can look like. Susan is based in Washington, DC and travels frequently to Ethiopia.

 

Chris Marlow

Help One, Founder and CEO

In 2007, Our Founder, Chris Marlow, encountered a starving child in an abandoned gas station in Zimbabwe, inspiring him to create Help One Now. The organization initially focused on caring for children but later shifted to a more holistic approach, empowering entire families through education and entrepreneurship. This model has proven effective in breaking the cycle of poverty and creating long-term change.

 

Help One Now partners with skilled local leaders in 8 different countries, who are essential to achieving sustainable change. Together, we believe in the power of collaboration to end extreme poverty for good.

 

 

 Dustin Willis

Seed Company, Chief Marketing Officer

Dustin joined Seed Company in May 2024. His experience includes serving as an organizational executive as well as a coach, leader, and consultant with startups, networks, churches, and high-capacity nonprofits. With adeptness in galvanizing teams and an acute ability to drive strategy, Dustin is passionately focused on building teams that impact the world with the gospel. He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Clemson University and a master of arts in evangelism and church planting from Liberty University’s Rawlings School of Divinity. Dustin is author of Life in Community and co-author of Life on Mission and The Simplest Way to Change the World. Dustin and his wife Renie have been married for 20 years and live in upstate South Carolina, with their son and daughter.

 

 

 

Hannah Munn

Love Justice International,

Intercept Partners Lead

Hannah Munn, originally from Nebraska, serves with Love Justice International, a Christian nonprofit working in more than 20 countries to stop human trafficking and share the love of Jesus Christ. Over the past decade, she has lived and worked in Nepal and South Africa, traveling to more than 10 countries to help design, install, and monitor Love Justice’s transit monitoring model—the world’s only tangible prevention strategy that intercepts people in the process of being trafficked but before exploitation.

Most recently, she has pivoted to lead Intercept Partners, Love Justice’s monthly giving community, stewarding donor engagement while also spending more time at home in South Africa with her husband and three young children.

 

Sandy Gibbes

Equip Studio, Founding Partner, AIA, NCARB

 

 

 

 

Sandy Gibbes brings a unique skill set to our team, having served as a Student Pastor at one of the largest churches in America (NewSpring Church, Anderson, SC). While at NewSpring, he led Fuse, which has become one of the largest youth ministries in the country. After helping the staff design their “Fuse” building, he ventured back to architecture where he has helped nearly 100 churches through the process of facility design and construction. He has led the design process for churches like NewSpring Church (SC), Cross Point Church (TN), Athens Church (GA), Summit Church (NC) and Connexus Church in Toronto, Canada.

Sandy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Design from Clemson University in 2002, with an emphasis on Design and Business Practice. He also attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte to acquire his professional degree in Architecture. 

While not working, Sandy enjoys spending time with his wife (Andrea) and kids (Sawyer, Alex, and Mays). He also enjoys golf and anything else sports-related.

Dr. Ronnie Parrott

 

Lead Pastor, Christ Community Church

 

Ronnie and his wife Marci have six children, Jack, Anna Kate, Hudson, Silas, Smith, and Scarlet. He is a devoted husband, father, pastor, and leader with a deep love for discipleship in the local church. Before becoming our Lead Pastor in 2017, he pastored churches in Kentucky and Arkansas.

Ronnie is a three-time graduate of the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY, where he completed a Bachelors degree in Family Ministry, a Master of Divinity in Evangelism, Missions, and Church Growth, and a Doctorate in Executive Leadership.

Ronnie is committed to preaching expositional, gospel-centered sermons from God’s Word; making disciples inside the local church; equipping the Church to live on mission; and raising up and sending men and women who will take the gospel to the ends of the earth.

 

Dr. Clay Smith

Senior Pastor, Johnson Ferry Baptist Church

 

Clay Smith is the husband of his high school sweetheart, Terrica, and is the proud dad of three daughters. The Smiths moved to Atlanta in 2019, wherein Clay became the Senior Pastor of Johnson Ferry Baptist Church, a thriving, multigenerational church on the north side of the city. A native of Greenville, SC, Clay’s passion for ministry revolves around the Great Commission, with a focus on three major areas: evangelism, relational disciple-making, and text-driven preaching. Clay loves to help people understand the Word of God so that they might know the God of the Word. He received his undergraduate education at the University of South Carolina and is a two-time graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, holding a Ph.D. in biblical preaching. He has served the Southern Baptist Convention in various capacities, including his role as President of the Board of NC Baptists, as well as serving as a current trustee at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY. When time allows, he loves to read, lift weights, fish, find the best cheeseburger in Atlanta, and hang out with his Boykin Spaniel, Waylon.
